What it does: tracks team behavioral weather across 12 directions, surfaces collective patterns, calculates friction between team members, flags role misalignment, and generates weekly organizational weather reports. Privacy is structural — leaders see aggregates, never individual scores.
It is in development and not yet open for general access.
